What are the monthly costs?

The monthly costs vary and we offer customers the flexibility to switch plans and even suspend services (for a reduced fee up to six months a year). For monthly service plan details, click here.

How does WiFi In Motion® work?

Our devices are powered by 4G LTE cellular networks. We bring cellular data in to our router and convert that in to a robust WiFi network. Our devices also allow you to connect to peripheral devices using Ethernet as well. To learn more about our routers, click here.

Is a contract required?

SinglePoint™ service agreements are one year. However, since the majority of our customers are recreational travelers, we allow them to suspend services for up to six month a year for a reduced fee of $25 per month.

I own a bus company and would like pricing for multiple buses. Can you provide that?

Do I need a roof antenna with this product?

Roof mount antennas are optional. Our router products ship with rubber duck antenna that are often powerful enough to bring cellular signal to our routers. That said, if you do use one of our optional roof mount antennas, you will see improved signal once you get to more rural areas. To learn more about our antenna options, click here.

Does the product need to be professionally installed?

Our products are very easy to get powered up and working. Simply plug the unit in using the included wall power supply or optional 12V vehicle power supply, connect rubber duck antennas and you are ready to browse! If you want to hard wire to your vehicle’s power supply or if you want to use one of our roof mount antennas, we recommend considering professional installation at one of our trusted service partners. What cellular providers does WiFi In Motion use?

SinglePoint™ works with the nation’s two most powerful networks. Our Voyager offering is perfect for users that plan to only travel in the United States and will stay under 10GB per month. For travelers needing more data options who also want to travel in to Canada and Mexico, our Trailblazer plan is the right fit. No overages on Trailblazer as well!
